Photography

The deliberate capture of light via digital sensors, wherein photons are transformed into pixel-based representations for preservation, interpretation, and creative exploration.

Now that we blew all the fancy word budget, we can get down to the nitty gritty

Since 2018, I’ve spent most of my free time outside capturing moments of nature

Be it still photography or through motion pictures (video)

Sun’s bright today

It’s the thing that fulfills me the most

And if we look to the left

Wait, what kind of bird is that?

Most people wait until after they’ve accomplished something to share the results

Such as famous wildlife photographers putting together a book with their best work. Or to write a memoir, make a documentary, etc.

It makes sense, gives them the option to dictate the narration a bit, show it in the best light.

I, apparently, decided not to do that.

So with every mistake, blunder, screw up, goof-about and lesson learned, I’ve documented the journey.
Here’s hoping by the end it turns into something worthwhile.

“Maybe I don’t know what I’m doing… or…

No, I definitely don’t know what I’m doing.”

I do all of this because it is my passion

  • It takes up more of my time than anything else in my life
  • No one pays me for it
  • I spend objectively more on it than I should
    • But it also fulfills me the most, and has brought me the most happiness in life, my goal now is to share that with as many people that are interested as possible.
